Cat's Foot flowers in the Burren between the months of June and July. Cat's Foot is native to Ireland. It's an erect perennial and grows to 20cm in height. The Cat's Foot stems are covered by whitish wooly hairs. It's flower clusters, 2-8, are white on male flowers and pink on the female flowers. Cat's Foot is also known as Mountain Everlasting. Unfortunately, this flower is declining. Cat's Foot can be found throughout the Burren in grassland, stream sides, rock ledges and limestone grassland.
